WELCOME

alright so this is the year to do it!! I've been toying with idea of actually taking care of myself mind body and soul for sometime now and this is the year I'm going to do it. My friend Lexi was talking about this "lemonade cleanse" and I was interested. Upon further research it's a 10 day liquid cleanse. You drink a special concoction of water, lemon juice, spicy pepper, and maple syrup. Then you gradually move to healthy foods. This has been safe for diabetics and I really think it would do some good so that's the first step in all of this.

MY GOALS
1. Loose 50-60 lbs
2. Get A1C (3 month average blood glucose) to a 7 or lower
3. Get in shape
4. Feel like a acomplish something on a daily basis
5. keep and have a clean house/living area

I think these are some reasonable long tearm goals and to start is to eat healthy I'll keep you posted
